Neuroimaging Tutorials
  • Atlas of Brain Perfusion SPECT - Great site, easy to navigate. It contains a tutorial and 21 cases with functional and structural images. From Brigham & Women's Hospital.
  • Whole Brain Atlas - By far the best imaging site on the web. Java-enabled browsers are suggested to take full advantage of this site's innovative features.
  • The NPAC Visible Human Viewer - Java enabled browsers only. This viewer provides an easy method of viewing images from the Visible Human Project of the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Photo sections worked well; however, MRI and CT sections are "currently not available".
  • Iconocerf Imaging at the University of Rennes, France - An excellent site with over 2500 images. French only.
  • UCSD Neuroradiology Teaching File Database - Includes several neuroradiology cases.
  • FMRI basics - An FMRI information page created by the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
  • Brief Introduction to FMRI - A brief introduction of FRMRI from Dr. Steve Smith of the Oxford University Centre for Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the Brain.
